“The taxi driver Justin would not answer his phone. I tried calling him and customer services but my phone calls went unanswered. I tried sending whatsapp messages and got no response so I had no contact whatsoever and in the end had to pay 170 euros for a taxi from Rome airport to Civitavecchia port. I had already paid holiday taxis £317.34 on the 14 march 2026 for a return fare”

Firstly the car was waiting for me in the wrong location
I told holiday taxis that I was a wheelchair user before i travelled and they sent a small car. Then blue holidays were messaging me on whats app asking me for another £20 because I have a wheelchair. This is unacceptable.
I am travelling again next month to dalaman and marmaris and im not confident in booking with holiday taxis.”
