“Our journey from our Hotel to the airport was good. The driver was exceptional- a bag pack was left in his car. He telephoned us while we were at check in - we hadn’t even noticed the item was missing. He then returned to the airport so we could collect it. Cannot thank him enough.”

“Our start to the Christmas markets in Copenhagen didn't go according to plan as our booked driver/car was not at the airport waiting for us, we were well within time limits as plane arrived a little early.
After numerous phone calls to both the British and Copenhagen offices we were finally sent a normal street taxi (small and dirty)to take us to our hotel Not the luxury Mercedes or equivalent that I had booked, still waiting to hear back from holiday taxis about claiming back a partial refund as car was not what I had paid for and was very disappointed with whole experience of the arrival to our festive break.
The return journey went to plan and I have no faults there.”
“Initially missed our shuttle due to long lines to get through customs. Instructions were easy to follow so we could find the right person to talk to in order to find our ride. Drivers for both shuttles were professional and driver very safely in heavy traffic”
“The transfers were great, our flight out was delayed but the pick up was really quick and easy to do. The drivers were very polite and efficient. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the booking isn’t straightforward. The hotel we were staying at didn’t appear the first few times I tried to book. I persevered and was glad I did as price was competitive and the service was great”
