“I was sent your link as I have, after paying out for a surveyor, wasn't informed the toilet wasn't connected to the sewer as normal but was a Saniflo. If I had known earlier I wouldn't have even gone to view the place. Through your website I'm now going to advise my solicitor of this omission.”

My tenant has been in the property for 6 years and during this time I have not raised the rent. The current contract runs out later this year and I plan to raise. Very helpful advice”
