“Informative but still at my wit's end, I was encouraged to have open cell foam sprayed in to my roof space and told it was a fantastic product, now four year's later, a 25 year guarantee I'm told I need to pay around £5000 to have it removed. We find since having the loft space sprayed the house is much warmer in the Winter and cooler in the Summer. Unfortunately the horror stories I'm being told are making me very ill and concerned. It was a government approved and sponsored company offering 25 years guarantee yet now out of business we have no comeback or protection. The government has left this 75 year old pensioner stressed and worried. We should be held responsible if this procedure was government approved. Regards, Tony Guerriero.”
