“You helped with confirming ,its ok to negociate on a new build and gave reasons why. The very imprortant advice you gave,which I add to my top list of priority are site fees // management fees for communal areas. I wont buy a new build on a developemnt that has these charges. Ontop of council tax. Your advice and knowledge on this was extremely helful to me. Esp having no choice in the matter and forced to pay fees.”
