Whilst landlords are knowledgeable on many aspects of property purchase there is always something new one can learn on the Home Owners Alliance site. Mortage information changes regualrly obviously due to currnt situations and bank rate, stateo f the counrty's financs etc., but again excellent information particulrly for first time buyers and tven remorgaging. Tracking is an excellent option to consider for those currently unaware.”
