“I would have liked more specific information about closed-cell spray foam. Also, advice about what to replace it with once it's been removed. The spray foam was installed 20 years ago (April 2006) by a BBA-compliant company with a BSI certificate. That company ceased trading in 2013, so I have no redress against them. It is very annoying that the government advised homeowners to get this insulation and then have 'walked away' once there were problems.”

“I check your website on a semi regular basis as I intend to purchase the Freehold(943 year left) of my house, when it is the most beneficial time to do it. However, your information(below) confuses me: Re: who can inherit my property taxfree @ £375K plus extra £175K IHT Allowance. a) Child & spouse/Civil Partner b) Grandchild & spouse.C.P. c)Greatgrandchild & spouse/C.P Have rules changed from years ago, when tracing the actual bloodline would be used to ascertain direct descendants?. Surely a spouse or C.P. is not a direct decendant and as such your answer should just be Child, Grandchild,Greatgranchild.”
