“My item got lost in the post, I sent an email got a response immediately, unfortunately the item was then out of stock, Lewis sent me two items from the same range as away of an apology, they arrived today, fantastic customer service, and would highly recommend them, first class!”

“The service I received from Hilliers Jewellers was very good. I purchased a watch after talking to Adam who was very knowledgable. I received the watch but unfortunately was disappointed with the quality from Seiko. I returned the watch which was easy and was recredited within a couple of days. Service from Hilliers was excellent but….quality from Seiko was not good”
