“I would definitely buy from Hilliers again. They were very professional. After my initial phone call,everything went really smoothly. I was kept informed every step of the way until my watch arrived. It was very well packaged and I absolutely adore my watch. Thank you Hilliers.”

“Very bad service send an email asking to resize watch I bought my dad for his birthday, no one replied to my email for so long and now I asked to return the item as I was irritated, I asked for returns label and I wasn’t even provided that, yet you state of you’re not happy you can’t return it, you should be sending out return labels.”

Hi Osama, I have looked into the details of your order. Your request for links to be removed was received 3 days after your order was dispatched so we were not able to remove any links from the watch, as it was already received by yourself. As the item you received was the correct item and not faulty, we are unfortunately not responsible for the cost of the return shipping, this was explained over the phone when you contacted us and is detailed on the returns section of our website. As stated on our website if you are not happy with your purchase you are of course welcome to return it to us for a full refund. We do apologise that you have misunderstood our returns policy, however, any link adjustment requests must be submitted to us prior to the watch being despatched for us to carry out this service. “VERY satisfied with my purchase from Hilliers. Customer service was excellent and I got an email back on the same day regarding my request. The product I purchased is excellent quality. “I ordered a Hugo boss watch with engraving from here for my dads birthday, the watch came when they said it would is authentic and the engraving looks great so overall 5/5 would order from them again. Was also the cheapest price I could find it for so no complaints at all.”
