“These silver knot earings are lovely and were delivered on time in a box with a little card to show you how to take care of them and a cleaning cloth. I bought them for a birthday present and I am sure my Stepdaughter will love them.”

“The silver cuff we ordered as a gift for our daughter is just what we wanted. I can't thank the Hersey staff enough - their customer service is outstanding. I wanted something particular engraved on the cuff and was struggling to provide the right artwork, but Julia was very patient and eventually, we got it sorted. The cuff was delivered the next day, beautifully engraved, in time for it to be given on our daughter's birthday.”

“The quality and service were very good but unfortunately I hate the product. My fault as I ordered it but too shiny and delicate for the recipients. Back to the drawing board im afraid to look for others that are more suitable.”

“The St Christopher I ordered is a lovely piece, I also requested for it to be personalised, which has been done beautifully. I can not fault the service, I placed my order on the afternoon of one day and received it by the following lunchtime, fast and efficient.
