“1. Service I accidentally ordered the wrong controller (ST9400A instead of C). It was the weekend and I was concerned that the order might get out before I had had a chance to cancel it on Monday. The cancelation and reordering of the correct item was all fine. The ability to do order cancelations/amendments on line would have been good, but in the end there were no problems. The product arrived the next day. 2. Product As a replacement for an ST6400C the ST9400C was better than expected. It fitted the 6400 backplate, was set to the correct date and time out of the box, and the default timer windows were perfect. It took about 3 minutes to swap over and check. Perfect.”
