“As a consumer I found it very difficult to find anyone that would sell me what I needed without selling a whole entire kit. Thank you to Heating Controls online who made the whole transaction incredible easy and received my thermostat box very quickly. “Heating Controls Online were fantastic when I recently purchased a Heating/Hot Water Programmer. It was sent via Fedex, in good time, and I was kept up-to-date with the delivery schedule. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.”

“Generally a very good company with some very interesting products. They are capable of sending the wrong stuff though, and not massively helpful about sending out the right stuff once the problem is identified, This can delay jobs which isn't very helpful to professional installers who have to go back on another day to finish a job. They don't do trade accounts either, which again isn't great for installers who then have to put transactions onto their personal credit cards rather than having the company billed. Over all, still a 'Good' though ! J/.”
