“I had an old heating control, warranty expired April 1991, that needed replacing. I found a newer one that I thought may be suitable but phoned them for advice before ordering. They checked and confirmed that it would. I ordered it and it does work perfectly. In comparison I emailed the company that manufactured the article and they couldn't tell me whether it would work or not!”
