“I already sent a review but it hasn’t appeared so I’m trying again. This company was absolutely brilliant. Helped me find the correct replacement for an actuator for our underfloor heating, almost by return email. It arrived swiftly and well packed. They even answered a query after I’d received the actuator because I couldn’t work out the wiring. The part itself is working perfectly. Great service!”

“We ordered a replacement heating timer, which the first time failed to work, but the returns process was quick and easy to arrange and the new unit was quickly dispatched. All working now, though the electrician fitting it had a few choice swearwords about it at the time.”

“I ordered a Siemens motorised valve on next day delivery which arrived as promised and was a direct replacement for the Boss one which had failed. The information on the web site helped me identify it as a replacement saving changing the whole valve and draining the system. Perfect!”
