“Bought two actuators a couple of years ago from HCO. Good service then and good service again. Competitive pricing and free delivery in 4 - 5 working days. Excellent courier service ..... 1 hour delivery slot advised by email for 2nd working day !! Why go anywhere else ?”

“Heating Controls On-Line had best description of valve on website (inc what it replaced), their price was extremely competitive and their carriage charges very modest (even for next day). Precise time of delivery was easy to forecast on-line with the Interlink tracking. Valve now installed and working. Would use this firm again without hesitation - thaks you.”

“Item price was less than I paid for the original (now needs replacing) 14 years ago using my trade account at a large plumbing retailer. I paid the £3 extra for next day delivery. The delivery service was fantastic. I received an email saying that the item would be delivered between 1615 and 1715. Sure enough, the guy rolled up at the door at 1615.”

“The controls from heatingcontrolsonline are easy to select and delivered promptly in a well packaged form. The previous order that we received to this one was not correct, and correcting it was not made easy as we had to send the wrong article back before we got the correct one and it wasn't our mistake. Heatingcontrolsonline do not take responsibility for failurs and defects, instead directing to the manufacturer which can be tedious and more awkward than buying from a local shop. Generally useful website. Don't allow for trade accounts so payment process is unhelpful.”

Thank you for your review. Our returns process offers the option of a replacement first, should you wish. We also deal with all returns ourselves, unless requested by the manufacturer, we do not refer onto manufacturers for general warranty replacements.
