“Sadly Ordered a part CORRECTLY and stated what was ordered was correct on shipping note , But this was not what arrived. (incorrect size sent). Emailed and was told: "I'm sorry about that. Please use the attached label to return them to us." Considering as it was HCO mistake i would have thought more help to resolve would have been greatfull the fact that I still need the correct part................................ so have since looked else where.....”

I'm sorry for the confusion, as your email stated that you "look forward to a credit", it was assumed that you no longer needed the parts.

“Very good service at a good price. The product arrived within the specified dates and was exactly what I needed. I had to change the back plate as my original one was damaged so it took me 10 minutes instead of 5 to change it lol. Very easy to do and very easy to set up.”

“Optimum Wi-fi immersion timer. The product was good value and the service from Heating Controls onLine was good, with response to queries answered promptly and accurately. However, the product instructions are old and do not tell you the "old" app will not work with certain phone software and the Wi-fi network set up like ours was not suitable for pairing the device and has to be done differently. This caused a week of asking HCO and searching the internet for answers.”

“I asked for a suitable replacement for an old radiator thermostat head. Heating Controls replied the next day with a link to the product and price. I ordered the suggested product, it arrived a few days later and it fitted. Thank you Heating Controls - great service!”
