“Item failed just inside 12 months warrantee, no fault of Heating Controls Online, They sent a replacement received the following day and I returned the faulty one. you can't fault this service. Thanks Guys”

“We decided the actuator on our central heating valve wasn't working. The first one I bought from another store didn't fit as the existing one is a little uncommon. A quick google search brought me to Heating Control online and they had exactly what I was looking for. The Q&A section of the page reassured me that it was what we needed. The order process was easy and the device came very quickly. We now have central heating that works - the radiators come on and off with the thermostat rather than always being on when the boiler is running for the hot water. I am very pleased.”

“Upgrading my old Drayton programmer, nice easy swap - just slotted straight on as the back panel was the same. As another reviewer said, lots of button pressing to get the settings I wanted but very happy with 7 day a week flexibility. Fast delivery - no problems - very happy.”
