“Ordered a 28mm 2 port motorised valve as a replacement for a faulty unit. The item was the best price I could find on the internet and was delivered as promised within 48 hours even using the cheapest delivery option. Their chosen courier provided an excellent web tracking service so I could plan to be at home when the delivery was made. Very good service indeed.”

“The part was exactly what I wanted to repair a valve, my only issue was it was greatly over priced, but as the other only option was to change the type of valve and the work that was involved it was easier to rebuilt insitue the existing one.and pay up.”

“Heating Controls Online were £5 more expensive than another company, but when ordered, from the cheaper company they took the money then E-mailed me they didn't have the controls I wanted. So I got them from Heating Controls Online who very quick and efficient.”
