“I needed to replace an existing heating controller Model 21XL, established on the site that the direct replacement was now the 27XL, this was made very clearly on this site, unlike other sites that only advised that the model 21 controller was no longer available. So very helpful and well documented in this site, which fir me made the sale for heating controls. Delivery was a little extra, through parcel post, and this arrived with me here in the far north in good time, Very Easy, Clean and delivered in 48Hours. What more do you want !!! great”

“Product is good, but ordering the correct paired/thermostat which works with the RF receiver was difficult. Can I suggest that your website shows the two items together so customers don’t have to search your site for the relevant items. It took me some time to finally find what I needed. It would be easy to do and as you have to buy the pair together anyway, it seems logical to do this.”

“Items are perfect and at a good price, with quick delivery - my only suggestion would be that packaging could be a little better - quite expensive items packaged in a padded envelope which had to be resealed by the courier as it had torn. A box would have been better.”
