“I purchased a small (3kw) water heater . The service, delivery and price were all very good. Unfortunately the heater was not very effective in cold weather when ‘incoming’ water was below 11degrees c . So decided to return the item. Heathfield readily accepted the return.. “no problem””

Hi Sam, Your order (#20184) was attempted for delivery on 3 occasions and was then held at the Royal Mail depot for 18 days awaiting collection.
