“I do not find this knee brace very comfortable, it keeps slipping down, if I tighten it more so that it doesn't slip down it's uncomfortable and hurts my knee especially at the back. I wanted to return it, but was told that I cannot return it for hygiene reasons and that I'd had it for 10 days ! Normally 14 days is acceptable. Hilary. Hilary.”

“I received the items requested very promptly so that was good. However, my fault entirely, I ordered the wrong size I needed a width of 50mm and not 35mm so I immediately emailed (online@heathfield.co.uk) on the 17 December explaining the problem and asked that if I was to return them could they send me the larger size? Disappointingly I am still waiting for a reply!”
