We bought a 2ft thermostatic tubular heater IPP44. For the purpose of gently adding a little more warmth to our spare bedroom. When the gradchildren visit this is where they sleep and sometimes play. The heater was floor mounted agains a wall. My wife and I were shocked when running a test to establish a setting which if touched would not burn, we found the heater would heat up to a very high tempretuare then cool down, this process repeated itself betwenn 9.30am through to 7.15pm. I phoned customer service and left a message just before Christmas in order to advise of our disappointment and to find out how best to return the item. No reply, so we will wait until the New Year. In the web site therre is no mention of the tubular heater increasing in heat then cooling down to a lower tempreature. Although the instructions mentioned a thermal cut-out, which cuts out, then switches on and off until the reason for overheating has been removed. the test we carried out was on the kitchen table so there was no obstruction in any form. We think this was a fair test, anda re appalled at the high tempreature the heater reached before cutting out. Very hot to the touch, and a danger to our Grandchildren.

I ordered 6 opal golf ball bulbs but received 6 opal candle bulbs, just not good enough.

Took a really long time.to be delivered and then when it was, incorrect product. Product received is of no use to me.

Ordered a lamp and holder on premium delivery which cost £10 and only sent a lamp holder, what good is the lamp holder without the lamp? Job can’t be done in the time frame agreed so I’m ending up with a fine, awful service would not recommend anyone using them.

SPAMMER, KEEPS PESTERING YOU FOR A REVIEW. Wanted a bulb for my laval lamp, they claim their R39 bulb is compatible. No its not, its around 6mm taller and actually touches the bottle. This may affect the operation of the lamp, esp cooling and may cause a fire hazard. Avoid buying anything from them.

Customer support person acknowledged there was a fault with out LED light when we described the issue. But was not that willing to help and take the strain . So we at to call in a eleccy to have them install their own LED light so we had a functioning light.

Since we did offer to pick up and replace the faulty LED light free of charge to get the issue resolved urgently. However, we honour the fact that you proceeded with your electrician's solution, we would have been more than happy to replace or refund the product and make it trouble free for you. Ordered 23 12 24 sent out 02 01 25, parcel wasn’t processed by Royal Mail. On 6th approx Tried calling, emailed, web contact no use, finally called me back from missed call, refunded postage and sent out 2nd parcel as thought may be a damaged label on parcel. Again on 14th after no delivery Tried calling, emailed, web contact no use, out of the blue on the evening heathfield had emailed saying a full refund and delivery will be with me next day and an apology for the issues. Parcel finally arrived on 15th Jan 25
