“Wrong colour of GU5.3 bulbs delivered (ordered turquoise, green arrived) but was fully refunded immediately upon advising them. The bulb boxes had been wrongly labelled, so not the suppliers fault. I was instructed to keep the bulbs anyway.”

“I ordered a replacement Dimplex bathroom heater for our new house as the one here had what looked like 2 decades worth of dust in it. The ordering was simple and the delivery options and prices were clear - I wasn't in a rush so I chose the cheaper option which arrived in good time. I was absolutely delighted that the new Dimplex model had the exact same screw spacings as the old one so I didn't need to drill new holes into the tiles! It was easy to mount and connect up with the instructions. Hopefully this will last for many years, especially as I will be cleaning it regularly!”

“I needed to replace a 16" circular fluorescent tube. There were LED replacements available from many outlets, but none in warm white for a bedroom light. Eventually I came upon Heathfield LED who had warm white fluorescent tubes in stock, so I ordered one that arrived a few days later and is just the job.”
