“After an on-line search and finally finding what I needed I was so pleased that I found Heathfield LED. The whole process from ordering, to payment and delivery was very easy and straightforward. My items were delivered within the specified timeframe and came with lots of packing surrounding the very fragile items, which arrived undamaged and in pristine condition. Well done. “I purchased a small (3kw) water heater . The service, delivery and price were all very good. Unfortunately the heater was not very effective in cold weather when ‘incoming’ water was below 11degrees c . So decided to return the item. Heathfield readily accepted the return.. “no problem””
