“Pity you can't see you canelled my order with 12 hrs of placing it due to stock so I've got the same fan somewhere lse but £10 dearer”

Hello Samantha, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, and we're sorry we let you down on this occasion. You're right - we cancelled your order shortly after it was placed because our website hadn't updated after the very last unit of that fan was sold, so it was showing as in stock when it wasn't. Your payment was refunded in full straight away, but we appreciate that doesn't make up for the inconvenience of having to buy the same fan elsewhere at a higher price. We're looking at how quickly our stock levels update so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Our sincere apologies once again - the Heathfield LED team.

“I have had my Ottlite for several years with no problem, then an electrical storm burnt out the bulb. I found Heathfield online & ordering was quick & easy. The replacement bulb came in a few days (was an excellent price) & now my lamp is as good as new. I'm very happy with their service & would happily order from this company again.”

“Searching for two cooker hood bulbs was proving somewhat tiresome but then saw a tab displaying the price plus postage and hey presto - literally a few days later I have both my bulbs and at a very low cost including postage. Highly recommend these guys and I will most definitely return.”

“Even though i managed to order the wrong bulbs, completely my fault, i could not be happier with the rapid despatch and excellent packaging. Once i realised i had ordered incorrectly the return process was very straight forward. I would not hesitate to order again.”
