“HI wanted to match all the codes on the LED bulbs in my kitchen ceiling. What I found on Amazon and from Screwfix did not match, and I didn't want to look up and see a different glow from one dowlight...... So after a search, I did find it at Heathfield! Thank you! It took longer, and I paid postage, but it was still cheaper that the alternative by more than £5 for 10 bulbs.”

“I ordered a pull switch from Heathfield at reasonable cost including p&p. However, having fitted the switch it became a little erratic when switched on and off. Sometimes it would make contact sometimes it would not. This deteriorated to a point where I could not use the switch. I e-mailed Heathfield to ask what to do? I received a quick e-mail to advise another switch would be sent out immediately. Upon arrival of the new switch - it functions perfectly! In business you are always going to get the odd faulty product. What matters is the company's response. In this case, Heathfield is a good example of how to treat a customer. Some of the larger company's, such as Currys, could learn a think or two from them. Having to go through off-shore telephone support - poor 'chat' (customer suport) facility and delayed refunds due to mis-comunication between customer support and store. In short, I have kept Heathfield on by favouties browser bar for future orders, as they seem reliable and offer a comprehensive service at a reasonable price.”

“Initial order came damaged ( florescent tubes) which is always a risk. However I must say the heathfield dealt with the issue straight away and sent me a new set was sent out. They also offered cashback as an alternative. Which was good of them. Excellent service and would use again.”
