“Great customer service, I spoke to someone before ordering and the guy I spoke to was knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Placed the order straight away online and delivery was quick and well packaged. Will definitely use again. Prices are good as well.”

“I ordered capsule led lamps which were delivered quickly and well packaged and was pleaased . As i was needing to order 20w Halogen G10 Lamps I automatically looked for them on the Heathfield site .I found an item but Had a query I neded answered before i ordered a pack of ten .I submitted two questions via the website but never received an answer. Not a very good practicee.”

“I ordered 3 Osram bulbs. The bulbs came quickly, but only one was Osram (as advertised and as listed in order confirmation) might seem trivial but I have had problems with lesser known manufacturers of these bulbs. The one Osram has much of the bulb coating missing in areas, either a reject or perhaps used(?), I have old bulbs that look similar. I ordered from here because of the offer of new Osram bulbs, so not delighted to have got something else.”
