“I ordered a water heater and received a prompt confirmation of dispatch, which suggested the timing of the delivery would be at my convenience. The company use a courier service, which is where the chain of communication failed. I should have received my order the next day, but in the end, it took 2 weeks. Having chased it up several times, it was eventually returned to Heathfield and then delivered to me! The product is working fine now, although the connection leaked until the installer added washers (not a fault with the heater), and was a fair price.”

“The incorrect light fittings were sent. Following advise from Healthfield, I contacted the supplier by email. After a week and no reply, I emailed again. A week later and no reply I contacted Heathfield. The problem was then rectified and the replacement light fittings were installed.”

“Prompt delivery, but web site confusing with different size bulbs (78mm & 117mm) on same page. Ended up with wrong size and had to re-order.”
