“I was very pleased to find the circular fluorescent tubes at Heathfield, the ones I wanted weren't that common. They all arrived satisfactorily and we replaced one failed tube with one of the 5 we purchased and have now got 4 spares ready for use.”

“I do not find this knee brace very comfortable, it keeps slipping down, if I tighten it more so that it doesn't slip down it's uncomfortable and hurts my knee especially at the back. I wanted to return it, but was told that I cannot return it for hygiene reasons and that I'd had it for 10 days ! Normally 14 days is acceptable. Hilary. Hilary.”

“Ordered a Tungsram 15w 865 18inch T8 6500k Triphosphor Fliuorescent Tube - 99009992 - 1815Pol 86 for our decades-old kitchen worktop unit having been let down by our long-term previous supplier who said they were no longer available. Heathfield had a choice of tubes - excellent service - item was well packaged, exactly as ordered, arrived quickly and is working well 3 months on…. Very happy - would fully recommend.”

“Ordered a lamp and holder on premium delivery which cost £10 and only sent a lamp holder, what good is the lamp holder without the lamp? Job can’t be done in the time frame agreed so I’m ending up with a fine, awful service would not recommend anyone using them.”

“I have just had my new fluorescent lights installed in my craft room - perfect with the artist recommended CRI 95+ tubes. Lights that won’t distort my pastel colours! It’s a shame these older style lights are being phased out so I was super happy to find them at Heathfield. Great service from the team helping check the technicalities and fast delivery that was packaged so well! Thank you 🙏”
