“I never leave reviews but feel this is warranted. I ordered a fan of another online wholesalers which took 2 weeks to receive a notice that they didn’t have it instock so I cancelled and found yourselves. You delivered this when you said and this is what i appreciate.”

“I’m disappointed with the fulfilment of this order. Despite placing the order well in advance, it was not dispatched until I contacted the company several weeks later to chase it. There had been no proactive communication or update regarding the delay, and it appears that if I hadn’t followed up, the order may have remained in the warehouse indefinitely. While the products themselves were satisfactory once received, the lack of timely processing and communication significantly impacted the overall experience. I would recommend improving order handling and customer updates to avoid similar issues in future.”
