“First of all I emailed the company as I was not happy but they did not respond at all. The issue was that the item needed a lot of putting together ( Westinghouse Silver fan) which was not mentioned online. Secondly a part broke - cheap quality. I ended repairing things myself which does the job. As to whether the fan works for long I do not know but it does work, if a bit noisy.”

Your email to us was missed, which it shouldn't have been, and you were left dealing with a broken part on a fan that needed far more assembly than our listing made clear. Hello Samantha, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback, and we're sorry we let you down on this occasion. You're right - we cancelled your order shortly after it was placed because our website hadn't updated after the very last unit of that fan was sold, so it was showing as in stock when it wasn't. Your payment was refunded in full straight away, but we appreciate that doesn't make up for the inconvenience of having to buy the same fan elsewhere at a higher price. We're looking at how quickly our stock levels update so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Our sincere apologies once again - the Heathfield LED team.
