“On my first order, the components were damaged and missing parts, but Jack arranged for replacements to be sent out with no hassle. I recently placed a further order, this time for the S-Lilley safer lamp holder switches. These items arrived promptly and as expected. However, whilst I appreciate the improved electrical safety, the middle plastic pin requires extra effort to push the bulb into the holder with some risk of the bulb breaking. That however, is a criticism of the product and not of Heathfield, so will not hesitate to purchase again from them.”

“Ordered 2 lights but only 1 received. Invoice confirmed the order of both lights as dispatched. Contacted Heathfield LED- customer service was quick and efficient in dealing with error even though it stated 2 dispatched?? Unsure why only 1 packaged - but was dealt with immediately with promise to dispatch pending light ASAP and received before date quoted. Would highly recommend and purchase again.”

“I ordered up some Halogen bayonet candle bulbs. Very reasonably priced and quickly delivered in part. I contacted Jack and the rest were immediately dispatched with a full apology. I'd certainly use the company again.”
