Absolutely amazing!! From the very start, Ryan fitted our boiler and was brilliant, polite and cleaned everything up, then spent time going through the controls, what an asset.... Will recommend Heatable and Ryan to everyone!! Fantastic

Hi I have had a new boiler fitted, which was very reasonably priced, however it leaked after the installation, these things sometimes happen! Heatable were very good and responsive and the problems were soon remedied to our satisfaction.

Over 1 month since having a new boiler fitted by Heatable and so far so good. Good communication with technical information before and after fitting. Our engineer arrived as specified on time and installed the new boiler satisfactorily. All guarantees and certifications have arrived promptly. An excellent service to date and trusting that there would be no complications if any problems were to arise in future

Great thanks, brilliant price for a new boiler. Boiler price included a flush as well and you have installed a MagnaClean to wirelessly monitor the system for peace of mind and all included in the price. I was text the day before by the installer to confirm arrival time, on arrival day all was as planned, work carried out and no problems. Boiler and heating works perfectly and no mess left around.

I had my new boiler fitted last week, the boiler was delivered on time and the fitters arrived when they said they would. I left them to it and my boiler was fitted quickly with no fuss at all. They left the place very tidy too. I phoned that evening with a couple of small queries, which were answered immediately and I am super happy with everything, the new boiler is much quieter and more effective than the old one. All in all a very positive experience at a very reasonable price.

Today we had our old, broken boiler replaced. I can't recommend enough this company. Transaction went smooth and installation was super express. Kiran team is the best I encountered. They did not waste any time to bring hot water and heating back. Any problems encountered were solved extremely fast using brains, not just muscle like some "experts" do. If I ever have any problems with pluming or heating, Kiran will be first person I contact. They are very professional, made sure my carpets are protected during work and left the place clean and tidy. They explained how the new boiler work and made sure I understand it. They setup my new wireless controller and connected my phone to the system as well. If you are thinking of replacing or have broken boiler and need a new one, do not hesitate. Price and service are the best. I got quotes from number of companies, but they beat them all plus service provided was excellent.

Booked it in on a Saturday for an installation in the Monday. Plumbers arrived in the morning and got to work after sizing up the job. They left minimal mess and kept me updated throughout. A very smooth boiler move and installation.

I have rated 5 star for Heatable as it was so easy to book my boiler installation online and guarenteed a very good fixed price ,my choice of installation day which was the following week even though so near to Christmas . Heatable was in touch every step of the way even on the morning of install . Ryan arrived on time and was hard at work immediately ,5 hours later my heating was up and running ,no mess at all , showed us how to use the controller and even set it all up ,really impressed with Ryans work and the communication from Heatable ,I would definitely recommend this company

Good service and updated at all times has to what was happening and this happened . Installer did really good job and tidied up after and also offered to take shows off to come in. I had my new boiler installed through Heatable and found their service to be excellent. I first contacted them through their chat service, where Sam answered my queries. Honest answers, without trying to push me to sign up to anything. Queries about the boiler, the warranty and how Heatable would arrange the installation were all answered patiently. The quotes provided very also considerably lower than that provided by other companies and local fitters. After finding the response over chat quite encouraging and seeing a lot of positive reviews online, I signed up for my boiler installation and the installtion date that I chose was three days later. On the day of the installation, the installer did an inspection and advised that he would need scaffolding as my boiler flue was not accessible by using a ladder. He then contacted Heatable with his feedback. Jude at Heatable called me back and told me that she had arranged for someone to set up the scaffolding. This was arranged within 30 minutes - and at no extra cost to me! The installation was done by Mark Bentham, who was very polite and professional. He explained what he was doing, kept me updated about the progress and then showed me how to use the digital controls of the boiler. He was assisted by Harry and Joe, his two assistants who went about their jobs with a smile on their faces - inspite of the sub zero temperatures that day. They completed the work around 4.00 pm and cleaned up after their work was done. I then contacted Heatable the next day to check about my warranty registration. Sam at Heatable did that for me. Within 15 minutes, I got an email stating that my 10 years warranty was activated. I also got my Gas Safe Compliance Certificate. The 10 years warranty that Heatable provide with their boiler installtions was another thing that convinced me to go with them. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I have no hesitation in recommending Heatable to anyone who is looking for a new boiler.

Contacted me the day before installation to confirm everything. Arrived on time and commenced work straight away. When the installation was complete, the engineers went through the operation of the boiler and controls and confirmed I understood them. Courteous throughout, cleaned up and mess they made, very professional service.

i have recently had an install of a new combi heater. during the install the heatable team discovered a grass leak which Heatable never informed me of, so they installed new piping. Subsequently bypassing my current gas supply. As i was made unaware of this i proceeded to remove my old kitchen and fit a new kitchen. Yesterday i employed gas safety boiler to come a connect my gas hob, but he was surprised to find no gas coming through to the hob, after an investigation he discovered that it had been terminated. He had to stay all day while i hired my kitchen fitter to remove my kitchen cabinets so that he could access their piping and create a new gas hob feed from the pipes. Heatable installed new piping and bypassed my gas supply. When contacting Heatable they informed me that i had a gas leak when I had my boiler installed and they decided to lay fresh pipes, they suggested they were doing me a favour. I was never informed that i ever had a gas leak or they were determining my gas supply subsequently costing me several hundred pounds fixing the job they started. I have brought all of this to their attention and i must say the staff have been very sympathetic with my case and they are coming back to me with a solution. they have asked that i send over my Receipt for the labour i had to pay for to fix this issue. I am hoping that they cover these costs. I shall further the review once Heatable have completed their customer service procedure with my case.

WOW - What can I say, from start to finish the whole process was so smooth. Our existing Boiler a Worcester Bosch Greenstar was not that old but so many issues with it failing so after water poured out of it when turning the pressure up we decided for a change. Had a Viessmann Vitodens 100-W installed. Heatable office personnel were all so friendly either by Web chat or telephone. The engineer was so thorough and what a fantastic clean job he did. The Boiler is stunning, so quiet, remote controlled, hot water delivered in an instant and the heating system so powerful This was a fantastic customer experience from start to finish and cannot speak highly enough of Heatable very thorough in every aspect. If you are thinking of changing your boiler this has to be the Company to go to. We have received Gas Compliance certificate and warranty info with the full 10 year parts and labour warranty.
