Easy ordering process great customer service at all points of contact. Lauren,jade and sam all helpful on the phone and mike left my house clean and tidy after the installation can't fault my experience will definitely recommend

I cannot believe how good the whole new boiler installation went, I was apprehensive about ordering a new boiler on line as I had sought quotes from our known and trusted local village plumber, (more expensive ),but the finance package tipped it towards Heatable, and boy!, am I a satisfied bunny!. The installer was first class, the boiler is the one I wanted after reading reviews and once again we now have a warm home.. First class

I’ve had a brilliant interaction with Heatable. The began with the initial price of the boiler, parts and fitting, the communication between all parties involved, the rapid time scale in which everything was complete from beginning to end which resulted in a positive experience for myself and from this perspective I have no issue to recommend heatable for anyone who is looking for good quality products and a professional service.
Viessman boiler installed recently, very impressed with the ease of ordering at a very competitive price. Installer Daniel and his assistant were very helpful and boiler and pipework look very tidy and working perfectly, couldnt ask for more! Excellent service all round :)
Heatable were brilliant from the start as we requested that we keep our gas fire and this had been a problem with other companies. The Engineer, Jon travelled a long way but was brilliant and very informative. After service very good as all documentation delivered on email. Can’t recommend Heatable enough plus 2 years interest free credit as well!

I was a little worried about making such a large purchase such as a boiler over the internet. Having read previous reviews I decided to go ahead, as their price was much more competitive that British Gas (over £1000 cheaper). I placed my order on Saturday and the boiler was installed the following Tuesday. The engineer arrived at my property first thing as promised and work really hard to overcome some complications. He didn’t leave until 7pm. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the price and service which I got from Heatable. It is a very transparent process and even when there were hiccups the price did not change (which was always a concern of mine). Keep up the great work, it is a breath of fresh air.
Fitter was meant to be there between 8 and 10, turned up at 12.40. Left my house in a right mess took me 3 hours to clean up and had to paint my stair walls as had been scratched and scraped all the way up. Also damaged boiler cupboard which had to be replaced. Heatable rang and asked me about there service, told them said they would investigate and get back to me but never did. Shocking service, l avoid if you want a proper job doing
Hello Carl, I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the service Heatable provided. As discussed during our follow up call, we asked for some images of the 'damage' which was caused to your property so that our after sales team could investigate it further, unfortunately, they do not appear to have received anything from you? Having spoke directly to the engineer, he advised that the space around the boiler had quite a few belongings (fishing tackle etc). He had to move it all in order to properly access the space around the boiler. If these were not put back as they were originally, I can only apologise. From what I can see, the actual installation, was carried out to a high standard. I feel that a 1 star review does not properly reflect the overall service which you received. Great service from everyone in the office and our fitter Mike. We had our new boiler fitted in November and wanted to wait before we left a review. Very happy with the service received and we’ve already recommended you to our family and friends.
My previous 15kw Ideal boiler in my house was still working but on its way out, so I decided before it died I would upgrade to 30kw Viessmann 100 boiler. I paid extra for a Saturday install and paid for the setup in full upfront. Installer came installed the boiler and could not get the boiler to work and now we have no heating and no one to correct the issues until next week. Extremely unhappy - wasted money and no heating.
Hey Doug, I'm sorry to hear that you're not 100% happy with the service. Unfortunately, it appears to have been an issue with the boiler out of the box which our engineers did their best to resolve. When the problem can not be fixed, we have no choice but to call on the support of the manufacturer of the product itself. I can see that our after sales team managed to pull your home visit forward, to Monday (you were booked for installation on a Saturday). From what I can see, the issue was resolved within a couple of days, and our engineers also installed some extra equipment in to your home (expansion vessel), free of charge. We always do our best to make sure every customer received the same level of service. It's a shame that an issue with the product out of the box has lead to Heatable receiving a 1 star review. I would say this is a two mens job, however one guy came to do the job when he left in the evening I was given the gas safety certificate and told job was completely done now when I tried to use it the radiators were leaking, how do issue a safety certificate without even checking the whole system They had to come back and do the rest after contacting them The kitchen smoke extractor was removed when installing the boiler however never fitted back, and took it with him, I asked for it but never got it back
