I found the details interesting but have not been able to find out about hearing aids available yet because of the COVID restrictions. I will book a hearing test once the restrictions are lifted as I’m sure hearing aids will make a big difference

I purchased a pair of Re sound M&RIE rechargeable aids which now appear to be working ok, I had a problem with the charger not working properly in as far as when the hearing aids were put on charge they wouldn't always connect to enable the charging, they had to sent back for replacement. The phone app works well but it's a shame it doesn't work with my nearly new Samsung A40 phone to enable me to stream calls. All in all I'm quite happy with my hearing aids, only time will tell !!

The instruction - both verbal and written was average until Curtis Bailey attended and corrected the settings and gave good instruction.

Booking in appointments and keeping to time are much appreciated qualities, thank you. I enjoyed an attentive service from your advisor and felt that I paid a fair price. I am very pleased with the rechargeable hearing aids and especially the way they work with my phone an television, the latter has significantly increased my enjoyment of the television. There tends to be a slight ‘clash’ between my iPad and iPhone when they both try to connect at the same time, with Covid I have not been able to fix a routine follow up!

Your agent was very polite, courteous and prompt with his visits to assess my hearing, the return to fit the hearing aid, and then for the follow up check a month later. I am very pleased with my hearing aid; not only do I get fewer complaints from my wife, but I am hearing wonderful birdsong that I apparently haven't heard for years!! The only frustration was the erratic functioning of the agent's computer which left me twiddling my thumbs more than once. Thank you.

Responded quickly to query, arrived on time for appointment and has new hearing aids one week later. Main reason to contacting is one thousand pounds cheaper than local Heariny Aid shop
