“So far I have just read the booklet produced by HearingAidUk - I am already a hearing aid user about to replace my existing aids. I found it useful and informative especially the section relating to regulation of hearing practitioners and dispensers.”

“It took two days to get an initial reply to my email which I was a bit annoyed about but after that plain sailing. From testing me on a Saturday with two days notice to getting me my new hearing aids fitted before Christmas, I have been very impressed with everybody I have dealt with. The new devices made such a difference to my Christmas (Oticon Opn 2's if anyone is interested). Far, far better than my NHS pair which are also Oticon.”
