“I knew next to nothing about hearing aids and am sceptical of commercial services since they obviously wish to sell appliances. Your guide was very enlightening and I have decided to ask for an NHS test before I proceed further. Your service appears more objective and informative so I may very well come back to you.”

“Hearing Aid UK provided a very quick response and their guide is pretty comprehensive. However the guide does not explain the technologies or their limitations ( for instance the highest frequency Aides can amplify); does not adequately cover the price ranges and does not explain which products are suitable for age related issues such as rapid fall off above 5 or 6 kilohertz.”

“It took two days to get an initial reply to my email which I was a bit annoyed about but after that plain sailing. From testing me on a Saturday with two days notice to getting me my new hearing aids fitted before Christmas, I have been very impressed with everybody I have dealt with. The new devices made such a difference to my Christmas (Oticon Opn 2's if anyone is interested). Far, far better than my NHS pair which are also Oticon.”
