“Dear Mr HarrisonJust to acknowledge your e.mail and I am amazed to compare your prices with those of your competitors!At the moment I am concerned with dealing with the after effects of a flood in my kitchen-diner due to sudden rupture in central hearing pipes under the upstairs landing...it will take some time to sort out the insurance and then put in hand necessary repairs and refurbishment....luckily our plumber acted quickly enough to stop the ceiling coming down but there is still drying out to be done.As soon as these matters are in hand (and the intervening Bank Holiday doesn't help ! ) I will come back to you to arrange for your representative to get in touch with me as I am particularly interested in the Opticon range of hearing aids. Meanwhile I have run off a copy of your Guide and am keeping it with all the other information I have gathered in recent months.With many thanks for your attention,Valerie Humphreys (Mrs)”

“The audiologist asked me a lot of questions about my lifestyle and the kind of environments I need to hear in most often. That was before even testing and after a thorough medical questionaire (ear related only) She then let me try on three different sets of hearing aids so that I could compare the different sound qualities. I've never had such a thorough hearing assessment.”

“Hearing Aid UK provided a very quick response and their guide is pretty comprehensive. However the guide does not explain the technologies or their limitations ( for instance the highest frequency Aides can amplify); does not adequately cover the price ranges and does not explain which products are suitable for age related issues such as rapid fall off above 5 or 6 kilohertz.”

“My new Widex Passion hearing aids are very stylish for hearing aids and I'm hearing a lot better to boot. I am keeping them but if I wanted to return them the process seems easy. Fitting was just three days after my initial test and ordering them. Great deal for a fraction of the price the competition were charging.”
