“Website & consumer guide generally good BUT website needs updating to provide info on a range of hearing aids introduced by various manufacturers in 2016.”

“Just seen your audiologist at my home in Thurso. It took him hours to get here and yet he still took gave me the most thorough, unhurried hearing test I have ever had. I have ordered a pair of hearing aids so he'll have to do the drive again. Impressed by the work ethic.”

“I've been with you for 5 weeks now, cheaper than Boots, better service than Boots as well. Returning the TV streamer though as I don't use it, so I wouldn't recommend getting one of those to anyone reading this.”
