“It took two days to get an initial reply to my email which I was a bit annoyed about but after that plain sailing. From testing me on a Saturday with two days notice to getting me my new hearing aids fitted before Christmas, I have been very impressed with everybody I have dealt with. The new devices made such a difference to my Christmas (Oticon Opn 2's if anyone is interested). Far, far better than my NHS pair which are also Oticon.”

“I was provided with some new Unitron Tempus Pro hearing aids back in March, just after the new ones became available in fact. I have been a Unitron hearing aid wearer for years, but these were the first ones purchased through yourselves. I have had them for 6 months now and am hearing so much better at parties than I ever have before. The audiologist has been very attentive, I have seen her four times now since I was fitted with the hearing aids, most recently for my 6 month check up. I just wanted to let people know that both your service and the Unitron hearing aids are very good indeed.”

“Can somebody contact me please as soon as possible, I have an appointment with the audiologist today at your melcombe street clinic and i cant remember what time it is and i think i have lost the email that you sent to tell me. I cant call as i cant hear on the phone. its mrs shah, woodgrange avenue. please send me an email or a text.”
