“When I was contacted by your representative regarding my 'customer experience' I hadn't had the opportunity to read the whole of your report. I may have sounded rather critical about one aspect of it, which was unfair. Having now read more of your report I am finding it most informative and comprehensive. And in fact, just what I needed to throw light on a service and a commodity of which I had very little prior knowledge!”

“I received you email asking what I thought of your service. You representative recently visited my mother in the care home where she lives now. We were impressed by how direct and no-nonsense he was. Everything explained in a straightforward way. We have ordered some new hearing aids and look forward to his return with them next Wednesday.”

“I had my new Widex Evoke 440 hearing aids fitted on Monday by Paul. I am very pleased with how well I am being looked after so far. I do feel that they will need a bit of a tweak when I come back next week though as they sound a little sharp.”

“I started by asking for your guide which is excellent. I have already sent my comments on this but it didn't register as feedback. After visiting 3 high street suppliers, all of which were helpful but left a lot of questions unanswered I emailed a question to you and received a lengthy telephone call which was so impartial that it might have come from a totally independent specialist. The advice given was again first class and, although I am still considering options, I am heavily biased in your favour. Your web site is also full of helpful information. My only preference would be for more technical specification for each of the available devices and more details about the advantages of each item beyond what is often just covered by a single word or name. For example, looking at the Phonak B30 I see a whole lot of information which is not available elsewhere but still raises questions for which there seem no answers - even on the manufacturer's site which is actually less informative. That being the case, I cannot see how you could do more.All in all, 5 stars seems somehow inadequate.”

“Excellent meeting with audiologist and he explained the pros and cons of different make according to my needs and not just Phonak as Boots and Specsavers did. He is also letting me have a free trial of a hearing aid as I do have complex one sided hearing”
