“The website and guide I found to both be very helpful as I had been for a number of hearing tests and been told a number of different hearing aids would be the best for me. All as it turned out by people who had a vested interest in a particular product that they promoted. I will be coming to see you for a hearing test as soon as I have time to get a proper independent view which is what you seem to offer. In future it would be helpful if you could put a map on your website so that I can see where the nearest shop is.”

“You helped me this week considerably and your advice saved me from making a bad decision. I was about to buy a pair of Phonak hearing aid from one of the high street providers and between the hearing aids, the television streamer and "com pilot" was paying over £3500.They hadn't told me that in two weeks time Phonak were bringing out their whole new range, including an aid that would communicate directly with my smartphone to save buying the extra accessories. They must have known, they just wanted to sell me what they had right there and then without thinking of what was best for me.As of this morning I now have a pair of the new Phonak B90-Direct's on pre-order with you and am looking forward to getting them next month.”

“My son has auditory processing disorder and was struggling to hear his teacher (he's only 7) Now thanks the to FM system hearing aid UK have fitted him with he hears every word. Thank you, words can't express. Sadly, it doesn't actually make him pay attention...”

“I have tried a number of hearing aids on trial over the years with other companies and always returned them as nobody ever listened to my problems. I just need to hear the TV better as I lead a fairly solitary life and I dodn't want to spend too much. All of the hearing people I have seen before have always tried to sell me fancy this and that.One week ago today I had fitted a basic hearing aid which gets the sound directly from a box that the man plugged into my TV. SO far no problems, I can hear people just fine on the TV now. £650 well spent I think I'll be keeping it.”

“I have been a customer for three years now but have never gotten around to leaving you a review - I'm currently sat waiting for my delayed flight so have some time to kill. My left hearing aid stopped working yesterday - I really struggle without them and as said was about to go on holiday. I phoned Kim the receptionist at 9am this morning, she arranged an appointment for 11am (yes, on a Saturday) and Paul fixed my hearing aid within about 5 minutes - blocked microphone. Thank you to both of you - I can now relax and enjoy my holiday - once I get there.”

“I had a very thorough test yesterday with the audiologist in Richmond. I was suitably impressed and have ordered a new pair of hearing aids. I would like to comment that their diary management could have been a little better as I was seen 15 minutes late and was almost late for work. Please try to see me on time next time!”

“Everything about the service was excellent. An immediate response from an Audiologist followed by a prompt appointment, with new hearing aids within a week. My new hearing aids are a huge improvement to my hearing ability and were purchased with the trust and confidence that I received helpful and impartial advice. “Alan from Hearing Aids UK org saved me £1700 today. I had bought a pair from Bloom hearing and I'm going on holiday tomorrow and was taking them with me. Bloom were charging £4500 for the same ones that this company was charging £2800 for.With only two days notice, they brought out some identical aids to me and copied the settings over to make them sound just the same so that I could return the first set to Bloom and still be able to hear on holiday. They were so helpful and efficient and I wish I'd found them first.”
