“Excellent service from Hearing Aid!! I contacted them from overseas and arranged a home visit to my mum. Mr Stephen was very knowledgeable and assisted us through the process explaining all in detail…Molds made on first visit and aids brought to wear 2-3 weeks later … A learning process for all but mum is now hearing lots of different sounds she has not heard for years… Now 4 weeks later she is able to put in, take out and put to charge by herself. The follow up service is available if she needs it . I totally recommend this service. Many thanks”

“The audiologist with whom I met exceeded my expectation and was a welcome improvement on my high street experience. Louise explained all of the issues very clearly and also what the results of the test meant for me. Very professional altogether. It turned out that I did not need an aid at this time and Louise was straightforward and honest about this. If in the future I should have further issues (as is likely given my age) I will consider Louise my first port of call and also recommend her to friends who might find a need for her services. Thank you.”
