“I had hoped for a comparison list of specifications of makers and models so that I would not have to rely on the descriptions given by audiologists. I have a wide and various need of programmes in my hearing aids.”

He was very patient and answered almost all our queries immediately and followed up with other information later. He will be visiting us again shortly to ensure that all is well and allow us to clarify anything we have forgotten. We would certainly be happy to consult him again should it be necessary.”

“I went to these people after using NHS and one other non-NHS supplier. Looking around I was extremely disappointed to have all the big advertising hearing aid suppliers offering appointment waits of weeks if not months. Hearing Aid UK organised a local supplier within days. Their recommended supplier (from Frequency Hearing Ltd) was both knowledgeable and experienced but listened and met all my requests – a quite impressive performance. The chosen aids arrived within days at vastly less than ‘high street’ prices and fitting was accomplished faultlessly with my existing accessories also paired to the aids. Would I recommend? Yes – but as they use several independents across their patch, the actual performance may vary. I am well satisfied.”

The company arranged for an audiologist to ring me and then to visit, and again he was very helpful and patient and most importantly listened to me and did not try to persuade me to anything, just offered information.
