hearing tests were carried out and promised to be sent to me, nothing was ever received. I was more interested in ITE hearing aids but the audiologist seemed intend on trying to sell me BTE aids , it never seemed to progress from there.

Hello Mr Heil, Sorry that you were disappointed with how the assessment went. As your audiologist Louise explained, the style of hearing aid that you wanted, unfortunately, doesn't suit your type of hearing loss at all and we cannot prescribe something that would be audiologically incorrect. You were offered the option of having some suitable aids on a free trial basis for a week but you declined. We're also sorry for the delay in your hearing test results being sent to you, the audiologist has been on holiday. They will be sent to you today. Kindest Regards, Hearing Aid UK HQ

I rang this company after having some concerns about the hearing aids my elderly father had purchased from a high street pharmacy chain. I was told somebody would ring me back the same morning, which they did. David, (an audiologist,) was very knowledgeable, and even though there was no financial gain to be had, he listened to my concerns, explained more thoroughly the difference in aids, and left me feeling very reassured. Sadly, my father could have purchased a comparable product from this company, for approximately £500 less! My only regret is that is that I didn't discovered this company earlier.

Very quick response and appointment made with minimum fuss. Test was quick and very straightforward. I was fitted with the most expensive hearing aid and allowed to keep for a week's trial. The only problem was that it had to go into the ear which was the very reason I gave up on my National Health pair. I rejected the new hearing aid and exchanged telephone numbers in case I changed my mind. The audiologist was very professional and deserved 5 stars.

I made an online inquiry and someone got in touch very quickly. They were very helpful and said they would contact a local audiologist to get in touch for a test. The local audiologist took so long to get in touch that I had made an appointment elsewhere for my test.

My first consultation meeting was quickly and efficiently arranged by my local audiologist. Simone took me through my options in a most informative and professional manner. She has been polite and friendly, and I am looking forward to our next meeting.

Mr Heron visited with the intention of testing my hearing but unfortunately this was impossible because of severe waxing. He has advised on where I can get this probem solved. I found Mr Heron helpful and friendly and hope to see him again when the problem mentioned is solved.

"Hello, Mr Greenhalgh, I have gone through your case notes and spoken to your audiologist Mr Quilliam. When he last saw you, he said that you appeared to be very happy with how you were hearing and your review seems to confirm this. This was at a follow-up service appointment after your hearing aids had been fitted. Since then we have not had any contact from you, nor has Mr Quilliam. If you want to book a service appointment then please call Mr Quilliam directly or if you have lost his details then just give us a call at head office on 0800 567 7621. Usually, we would have followed up with you six months later whether we heard back from you or not, just to make sure you were getting on OK, however, the pandemic happened and the official guidance was for us to respond to service requests but not to actively contact people to book them in, in order to minimise contact with vulnerable people. With regard to the part where you say "Not answered to date and no other contact or magazine sent.", I am not too sure what you mean here as we have no magazines to send out, that is not something we offer, so I wonder if it might have been a different company that you asked for a magazine?"
