“I had a lot of questions which were patiently answered by email. The company arranged for an audiologist to ring me and then to visit, and again he was very helpful and patient and most importantly listened to me and did not try to persuade me to anything, just offered information. I will be buying Oticon Real hearing aids and I am very hopeful that the will suit me.”
