“The triceratops dog toy is cheaply made and is a total waste of money, avoid buying from these cowboys. Lasted less than an hour before stuffing was exposed”

Hi James, Thank for your taking the time to leave us a review, and I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with the Fluff & Tuff dog toy you purchased. In the nearly 2 years we have sold Fluff & Tuff toys, this is the first time we have had a report of damage like this. Unfortunately, while these toys are designed to be durable for interactive play, they are not intended for dogs that chew heavily or use toys in a destructive manner. These toys are made with high quality materials to be more durable, however they are still plush toys, not chew toys, and therefore are not indestructible. As we discussed, if your dog is a strong chewer, we'd be happy to recommend some more suitable toys that are specifically designed for tougher chewing and may be a better fit for their play style. Our West Paw range offer a one-time replacement guarantee against damage like this, and we’re always happy to find the best option for you and your dog. “I buy a lot of my dog supplements from Healthful Pets as they have a wide variety of supplements available. Some particular products I have found previously hard to get in the UK before finding Healthful pets, who supply products like high quality American brands such Four Leaf Rover and Bark & Whiskers. “Have been using voltex for my dogs joints as she had gone lane in her back legs . Vet mentioned the dreaded crucial ligament injury . But this has kept it at bay . I ran out but thought I’d do a test to see if it was actually doing any for her . So took her off it for a couple of wks . Noticed her leg she wasn’t so good in it . Put her back on it and she’s been fine . Fast delivery good price”

“I was so happy to have discovered Healthful pets. They lots of items which you cannot buy anywhere else. Delivery is always excellent with great service. Also being rewarded for your custom is a wonderful bonus. Always purchase from them now. Highly recommend. I have not needed customer service support so I cannot review this.”
