“Neem oil arrived as promised,in good time not used yet...however it would have helpful if the company explained the Neem oil will.need a carrier oil. I have bought grapeseed.To be used on holiday in Forest next month. .leaflet with other goods intetesting.”

“Due to a technical problem - my end - it was necessary to call the Office. An extremely nice, courteous and helpful lady identified exactly what I wanted and arranged the sale. “Bought the JR HerringFisg Paste to give to my dog whilst she was having a massage as she is usually fidgety,,,the paste worked its magic...perfect distractuon. Also great on licki mats to occupy them during heatwave. :)”

“First bottle never arrived apparently was broken in transit second bottle arrived however even before I’d opened the shipping I could smell something awful, the smell was so bad I thought someone had posted me dog waste… it went straight in the bin… no way I was gonna use that for my dogs.”

Hi Debbie - I have looked back through our records and I cannot find any reference to an order not arriving / a bottle that breaking in transit and the product having a bad smell. Your most recent order was for a product in a plastic tub, so I believe you may have left this review for another Company. Healthful Pets.
