£30 for a small tub four leaf rover protect and it was only half full ,i will not be ordering any more.

Hi William, I am so sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the tub of Protect that you recemtly purchased. The product is sold by weight (grams) and not by volume. I do appreciate that the the contents may not fill the tub to the top - this is because Four Leaf Rover limit their tub sizes to 3 in their range, so for some of their products they won't fill the tub. There is a graphic on the website that confirms how much to give your dog, depending on their weight. This ranges from 40 days (for a 20kg dog) to 30 days for dogs up to 45kg. We do get good feedback on this product, so I hope you do see some benefits. Regards Kay

This didn’t help my dog at all, I used it for about 3 weeks and his gut didn’t improve. I wasted my money - the vet gave me alternatives that have worked better

Hi there. Many thanks for writing this review, although I am sorry that this product didnt work. Unfortunately as I am not aware of what problem you had I am unfortunately unable to help you further. This is one of many probiotics that we sell, so perhaps another one may have been able to help. Also sometimes you may need to give the product longer to work. Not sure if you tried to contact us, but we are able to share what knowledge and experience we have of products. I am pleased to hear however that your Vet has given you alternatives. Regards Kay

Hi, I still have not received the tablets that I ordered. I had let over a week go by and telephoned to ask where this small order was. In full understanding I felt that the delay was due to continued disputes with the mail services. Sadly, I took my dog for the vet ,s opinion for his worsened mobility problem , all due to operation back in April to remove fatty lumps, and I felt the tablets may have helped if any muscle damage may have occurred. So rather than immediately taking Bo back to see the vet, I was willing to try your muscle building med, to see if they could of helped at all. I will return them if still they might reach me. I am now requesting that my payment be credited back to me. This was my first order placed with Healthful Pets. I blame the post for this. Brenda Hinton

Hi Brenda I am so sorry to hear this. We will liaise with you directly on this to get this soted out. Unfortunately this has been a terrible time. Unfortunately your order was placed in early December just after the Black Friday weekend and the build up in the usual Christmas volumes. This seems to be the worst period for the Royal Mail delays. As soon as we realised there was a problem we switched off standard Royal Mail services and offered a DPD Courier service at a discounted rate. Royal Mail unfortunately were seeing delays of up to 14+ days and in some instances items have just not been delivered. We can only apologise for this. We have never known anything like it and there has also been a knock across all networks. We appreciate your patience at this difficult time. Regards Kay

I purchased a bottle of salmon oil recently but was very disappointed to see that it had an expiry date of 01/22 so you have given me old stock.

Hi Elaine. We have picked this issue up with you privately and sent you a replacement product, as you are correct, the product that we sent you was short coded. Normally for products that are approaching their best before we reduce down and highlight this on the website. What happened here was a few bottles of salmon oil were sent to us amongst some new stock that had only arrived a week ago. This product is purchased every 2 weeks, so we didn't check all of the bottles that arrived in. We have picked this up with the supplier to make sure this doesn't happen again. So we can only apologise for this. Hi there. I am very sorry to hear this. We can check the tracking on all orders and let you know where your parcel is. So I am sorry that you didn't make contact sooner as there are many methods of making contact with us, either by calling us, using the chat facility on the website or by sending us email us. Hi Jan. I am sorry that your order hasn't arrived. I am also disappointed that you felt it necessary to leave this review, after we responded to your email yesterday, as well as leaving an answerphone message for you. According to the tracking information that we have from Royal Mail your order arrived two days after it was shipped. From time to time orders may be delayed or on the odd occasion not turn up and we are very happy to look into these issues - you have paid for goods that should be delivered. Hi Catarina. This is the first that I am aware of this problem and obviously very sorry to hear this. We are a very approachable team and we are contactable by email, telephone and Live Chat. So you could have "reached out" to us and we could have helped you find out where your parcel is. Your order was shipped on 13th May. Items to the EU are taking longer than normal because of the current COVID-19 situation. We will look into this and get back to you directly. Once again, sorry to hear your order hasn't reached you. I am very disappointed with your service. I ordered an urgent medication from you. You have written my incomplete address and I have not received the shipment. I can't contact the Italian courier you have chosen. You were wrong. I paid and I don't have the product. What do you answer me? after your reply I will tell you if your service is able to solve problems or just cause them.

Hi Milani I am sorry to hear this and will make contact with you to sort this out as this is the first that we are aware of the problem. We are available on the phone, via web chat and also email for customers to contact us to sort issues like this out. So it is always very disappointing when a review like this is the first we hear of a problem. We aim to give good service and want customers to be happy. We have direct access to the couriers that we use. In this instance DPD. All orders come through to our stock system and the labels for each order. These labels are printed off with the address information as supplied by the customer. There is no manual intervention by us. If we think an address may be wrong then we will contact the customer to check. As you are in Italy we have no real way of knowing if an address is incorrect as we don't have that local knowledge. As confirmed we will be in contact to see where your parcel is. Regards Kay

Hi Shirley. I am sorry to hear that your order has not yet arrived yet. I shall email you separately with the tracking information for your order and guidance as to when your order should arrive. If it doesn't then please get back in touch with us and we will sort it out. The reason why we were unable to answer your email yesterday was because you only sent it yesterday, which was Good Friday, a Bank Holiday, when we were not working. So I am disappointed that you didn't give us chance to respond before leaving this review. The reason for the delay in you getting your order is because of the unique situation that we find ourselves in. We are working at weekends to make sure orders are going out on time. But deliveries can be slower with Royal Mail as they face high volumes as people are unable to go to the shops and are shopping on-line; combined with Royal Mail who are in many parts of the country are operating a reduced service; given the high sickness levels and the operational issues they face. Hopefully your order will be with you after the Bank Holiday weekend. Regards Kay

Hi there. I am very sorry to hear this and this is such a shame that this review is the first I have heard about this. What a shame you didn't make contact with us as we could have checked the tracking. Your order left us on 17th September, the same day as the order was put through. Delivery was attempted on the 18th September but none was home. As of 8th October the parcel is being returned to us as it has exceeded its time being held by Royal Mail as it was not collected. Hi Margaret I am sorry you have not received your product which was dispatched on Monday. Andrea will be calling you to check we have the correct delivery address for you and discuss this with you. This review was the first time we knew there was an issue. Royal Mail 48 is normally very good and can take 1-2 days. However it can in certain circumstances take longer and Royal Mail themselves state 2- 4 days which would be tomorrow. We take customer service very seriously and we want to ensure all customers get their orders in a timely manner.

I am very sorry to hear this. We aim to despatch on the same day all orders received by 3.30. Most of our ours are sent via Royal Mail. RM 24 aims to deliver within 24 hours but this can take longer.
