“Flowers were beautiful not exactly like the picture but my Mum loved them. Nearly 12 months since I saw her because of Covid-19 first time in 12 years I haven’t spent her Birthday with her, thanks for helping to make my Mum feel special on her 86th Birthday.”

“I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my our 50th wedding anniversary to be delivered on the day, however it did not arrive for another 3 days which dissapointed my wife considerably. However on contacting Haute they were most considerate and offered to send another bouquet which arrived on time and they were in great condition. I could not blame them for the none delivery, that was due to unforeseen circumstances by the couriers (Post Office). Yes I would use this company again.”

“Initial order took 4 days, instead of o/night, due to bank holiday. The flowers were bruised, out of water too long & greenery was shedding, quickly. Customer service was fantastic. A replacement order was sent overnight. Flowers arrived in good condition & chocolate went down well too. Would use again & recommend. :) Answers below pertain to 1st delivery. 2nd was all good.”
