“My second time of trialing this service and this time around things were much better. I purchased the medium sized 'Purity' for a very close friend who has just lost her father. She described them as beautiful and so appropriate to mark his passing. Efficient updates re dispatch and delivery so all good. Thank you.”

“The flowers looked fresh, but bouquet different to that I chose and small for ‘medium’ Think large would have been a more acceptable size. They were delivered on requested date which was a relief. Overall ok, thanks”

“My friend was delighted with the flowers. However, as they were meant to be a surprise, they sat on the doorstep for several hours, as the Royal Mail delivery person did not ring the door bell to attract her attention. Not good enough and I have fed this back to them.”

“Good communication! Would like to have see delivery photo to see quality of item sent and proof of doorstep delivery. With flowers, as a sender you want evidence that the quality is high when it leaves the florist, and that gift arrives in good condition. Photo evidence can help!”
