“Very aesthetic and easy to use website. To improve, it would be helpful to have a sort function for the flowers e.g. by price, popularity, etc.”

“Imperfect flowers (some discoloration):replacement was handled perfectly. Fortunately they were a gift to an at home family member so with the replacement was not too disappointing. Assuming same could happen with other suppliers would use again.”

“The flowers were lovely and the chocolates were really nice. I paid extra for the bouquet to be fuller - the second size up. Unfortunately, it looked like the size of the basic package. That was a little disappointing - hence 4 stars. But everything else was great! Will use again.”

“Tried to upload a photograph of the flowers we received against the flowers ordered but funny enough am unable to upload to show you. Don’t be mislead by the photographs on the site and on face book! What I received was smaller than a £6 bunch in Aldi and should of been a £55 luxurious arrangement, also arrived after the occasion. Think most of the reviews on here are fake, beware. They seem to be repeated!”

“There was a problem re delivery and the flowers didn't arrive due to Royal Mail. I emailed customer service who fixed the problem immediately and sent flowers the next day instead. They are really gorgeous, good value and beautifully packaged. Thank you for sorting it out for me!”
