“Delivery was delayed as it had been dispatched to the wrong depot (I assume this fault was with Royal Mail ) however, I contacted Haute to understand how this happened and where my order was but received no reply.”

“Simply Brilliant. I ordered my mum a large bouquet of flowers for next day delivery, at 8pm the previous evening. The flowers in immaculate condition and exactly as shown in the photo were delivered before mid-day. My mum was very appy with them. I will be using Haute again..”

“Pleased with the Windermere bouquet although it didn't seem to have as many flowers or the lovely leaves as shown considering I ordered the large bouquet. I sent this as a gift. It was to be delivered on the 7th. While tracking the delivery it came up as redeliver on the 9th. I couldn't change it. However it was delivered on the Sunday the 8th, thank you Royal Mail, and still looked good.”

“Thank you! Ordered flowers and hamper for my aunts 90th. I live overseas and called customer service just to double check delivery window and location was possible who were gracious with all my questions. “Excellent service- pleased eith tge flowers as my friend was overwhelmed with it. The only thing I felt bit concerned that royal mail delivery took a picture of her fence - no sight of the flowers - I has to ask my friend to see if she has received safety thank goodness”

“Delivery was very poor as you used Royal Mail, didn’t deliver till 7.30 in the evening, by that time my daughter had gone out for Birthday celebrations, they redelivered the following day late afternoon. It was quite obvious that due to late delivery the flowers were not at their best!! So therefore unable to review the quality of the bouquet! Let’s hope next months delivery is better!”
