“I’m a little disappointed with the quality of the product, the roses I bought arrived and were dry and dying. Also I ordered an add on which was a Haute scented candle and it wasn’t included in the delivery. All in all it was a pretty poor show especially for a valentines gift that was intended to wow.”

“I would give you no stars, the flowers I ordered for valentines came a day later, not really any point in havi no them then and there was no contact at all from you to say where they were and how long it would be. I wrote feedback and want a refund and have heard nothing back.”

“Whenever I’ve used Haute, it’s been great. On time and beautifully arranged. This time was very disappointing - the flowers were delivered a day late (were for a special Birthday so that was especially disappointing) and were supposed to be a large bouquet but the thank you photo sent to me didn’t look very large and the colours weren’t particularly attractive. I’d think twice about using again as this was a waste of money.”

“I was charged 3 times with this company after the website stating the payment was unsuccessful. I then contact them to advise as the payment had gone through. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Shocking customer and number displayed does not work within the working hours useless. I would not recommend these people to anyone.”
