“My friend loved her birthday bunch! Arrived on time and in good condition. I must admit my only disappointment was that there weren’t as many flowers as pictured and I paid for a medium bunch.”

“I ordered the flowers on a Friday and they were delivered late afternoon on the Sunday. I was very pleased with the flowers delivered, but as I had paid extra for a confirmed Sunday delivery, I felt that there .should be some way of tracking delivery”

“The result from my sister-in-law is glowing. The delivery appeared to be smooth and successful. I was advised of a time-slot, which was helpful. I did not find the ordering easy, you should explain the need to register as a customer with password etc!”

“I ordered for my mum on line from Cyprus a large Paris bouquet to be delivered before Christmas. They arrived not in the best condition. I informed Haute flowers website and they were very helpful and apologetic of which I am very grateful. Haute arrange the same bouquet to be delivered again without any cost or fuss. Mum received them yesterday and they are beautiful. THANKYOU Andrea Leventi Nicosia Cyprus”
