“Beautiful and unusual assortment of flowers. It was a shame that the packaging was not as ‘luxurious’ as shown in photos. Delivered in a crushed ‘prestige flowers’ box, which considering it was a gift was disappointing compared to the gloss sturdy box I have previously seen.”

“Very good except, my friend wasn't in when the flowers arrived, she lives in an apartment so didn't know the flowers which were inside the main door when she returned were for her, I called yo check, would be a good idea to have the name on the front of package 😀”

“Have used haute twice in the last 5 days flowers are beautiful delivery great but both had no names on gift card who they were from. I did put names on . And printing very small in corner on a nice sized gift card. So recipients didn't know who they had come from . But bother loved the flowers”

“I ordered a large bouquet for my wife’s 70th birthday. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. The flowers had suffered before arrival and I complained immediately. After 4 days I had received no acknowledgement of my complaint and was about to post a review. HOWEVER, after 4 days & assuming nobody cared, my complaint was eventually acknowledged and a replacement bouquet promised together with a gift voucher towards a future purchase. The replacement bouquet is of an altogether better quality and most importantly, my wife is very pleased with it. So well done Haute on turning this customer’s experience around. My only concern is that it took so long to even acknowledge the complaint. I guess online sales of flowers are very popular at the moment as most local florists are closed as a result of the latest lockdown; but a simple acknowledgment to confirm the complaint has been received and WILL be looked into would have saved me from believing that you didn’t care. So 4 stars rather than 5.”
