“The flowers were stunning, I just wish there were more flowers for the price but otherwise I am very pleased indeed.”

“we bought flowers from you as a birthday greeting for my wife's sister. The flowers, we were told, were lovely. One little point:- you sent the email saying when they would arrive to us. Suggest you make it clearer on the order form that you need the recipients email address as well as the senders. I am not sure that there was a field for it to be entered. Regards, S. C. Elliston”

“Initially really bad start as flowers were not delivered the address and billing address messed up. The blame passed to me but in the end redeemed by a goodwill gesture and should have been delivered.then finally delivered on the friday!”

“FLOWERS ARE VERY GOOD SO THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I'VE ORDERED - BUT THE SITE IS FULL OF BUGS SENDING YOU BACK AND FORTH - PLUS POP-UPS!!! YOU MUST BE LOSING BUSINESS!!!”

“Brilliant service and flower arrangement, received emails every step of the way. The one thing that would have given price of mind was the opportunity to give delivery advise of where to leave delivery if no one was available. Will use Haute again.”

“I use Haute Florist mainly as I like the presentation box with black ribbon. I would have given 5 stars but my friend didn’t know they were on her doorstep as there was no ring at the bell. It was embarrassing as I then had to ask her. Another thing I would add is that this time of year it would be nice to buy more seasonal spring flowers - especially a choice of different tulips. There are so many lovely colours & also parrot tulips are beautiful.”
