“I have used you on many occasions mostly sending flowers to my Mum in Yorkshire. After a very disappointing delivery of flowers on my last order I decided to order again and this delivery was much better”

“I used Haute Florist to thank a very good friend for something really precious she'd done for me, and also to acknowledge a serious illness that she'd had. She is the person who always goes the extra mile for everyone else, and I wanted to get her some very special and out of this world flowers to tell her how extraordinary she is. The flower choices were so high end and quality so superb, that the bouquet really took her breath away. Thank you for giving me the perfect gift for her.”

“The app was easy to use and I got a quick confirmation of my order but more importantly the selection of bouquets was amazing, the one I eventually chose was absolutely perfect for who I was sending it to. They arrived in perfect condition looking exactly like the photo on the app and in lovely packaging with a really high quality look and feel. I will certainly be using Haute Florist again.”

“When I first opened the stylish box which had come through my letterbox I was rather disappointed as the flowers looked a bit droopy and sorry for themselves. However, I prepared them as advised and put them in a vase of water and within an hour they had started to perk up and by the following morning, they were beautiful. I did feel that the bouquet was rather sparse, I added some alstroemeria from the garden to bulk out the display. I would use this company again because I have had good experiences with their staff and I think they have a "quality feel". I will just need to go for a larger bunch next time !”

“I ordered a bunch of 'Belle' blush roses last week. They were on special offer, plus I had a £10 voucher, so they ended up being a real bargain! There were almost 30 roses in the bunch, although the heads had fallen off two of them in transit. They also arrived a day later than expected, even though I ordered several hours before the 10pm cut-off time for next-day delivery. All that being said, I am really pleased with the flowers. They have opened up beautifully and have a lovely scent. There was also a small box of chocolates in the package, that I wasn't expecting which was a nice touch.”
